Bill Hybl is Chairman and CEO of El Pomar Foundation and President Emeritus of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) having served during four Olympic Games. Bill also serves as Chairman and CEO of the U.S. Olympic Foundation and as President of the Air Force Academy Foundation. He was Special Counsel to the President in Washington DC in 1981 and served as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy from 1990-1997. In 2001, Bill was appointed U.S. Representative to the 56th General Assembly of the United Nations.
