Pardo Frederick Delliquadri got his B.A. from CU in 1938 and M.S. from the University of Nebraska in 1941. He was a lieutenant in the Navy Reserve during WWII. He had a long, distinguished career in social work starting in Wyoming in 1938. He became Dean of four major schools of social work. He was also Chief of the U.S. Children's Bureau as well as U.S. Representative to the Executive Board of UNICEF.
